Availability is on a request and confirmation basis at the time of your reservation

Reservations are only binding after they have been confirmed in writing by Love2Explore. 

Specification of type of vehicle as well as additional requirements are to be stated before reservation so that the booking can be made and confirmed. Changes are possible but please make note of details to follow.

Love2Explore reserves the right to alter booking specifics to upgrade the client to an alternative equivalent or superior Vehicle.  

To confirm the booking a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental charge, or a minimum of £300 whichever the greater must be paid. 

After receiving the reservation/booking payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to the Hirer. Only then will the reservation become binding on both parties. 

Changes may be made to a reservation in relation to rental dates confirmed to the Hirer from the date of reservation until at least sixty days before the agreed commencement of the rental period, if Love2Explore has alternative capacity and the alternative booking is the same specification of the first. Rebooking’s only possible in the same calendar year*:

Settlement of the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to departure.

For late bookings of 30 days prior to rental period the full rental price is payable on booking. 

The reservation Deposit and Balance can be paid by:

· Debit card

· Credit card

· Cash (can be used but not for the security deposit stated below)

Please note payment for Security deposit on pick up day will need to be in the method of credit/debit card only 

 Prior or no later than on the day of hire a refundable Security Deposit of £1000 GBP is payable. Please note the use of a credit/debit is only supported for this payment, no cash payments can be taken. This is fully refundable on return of the vehicle on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as it was let out
